Performing since the mid-90s James Aston has a wealth of experience and technique to call on in his MJ tribute. Starting from a young age James had his breakthrough with a win in the Star Search competition at the Lancastrian Suite in Gateshead.
From then James went on to great success joining a touring band as a singer and keyboardist. He was then snapped up by the famous North East boy band Envy before forming his own live band, Justified, and touring locally and internationally.
James used all this experience to bring to life a Michael Jackson tribute that is truly unrivalled.
James has even performed for the man himself as well as recording at an MJ Day in London for Michael’s personal tribute video. Such is James’ talent he has received the plaudits of Michael Jackson’s nearest and dearest with Janet Jackson extolling: ”You keep my brother’s memory alive”. While the writer of ‘Man in The Mirror’, Siedah Garrett, said: ‘James you are very talented indeed James’.
